★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service with Venny & Max from Paya Lebar SingPost branch. She explained clearly on the steps they will be doing for my Keratin treatment. And how shall I take care of it after the treatment. Venny is accommodating knowing that I had budget to keep she try her best to reduce further the price in ways. Recommended and will be back for future hair service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I book an appointment IGravity@Paya Lebar, i am skeptical at first by reading the reviews but i give it a chance. it is quite different from the bad reviews that i've read. they are friendly and keep asking you if you are doing ok. the service very superb, what' i've requested been followed + gave me an advice how to take care of your newly bleach hair. i look younger on new hairstyle and color. Thanks to Venny & Max. Great job. Will come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a package and I have done it 2 times. 1st time ok but the 2nd time they damaged my hair the result is really bad, i think they used different chemicals to save cost hence the result is really bad, if the customer dont avail your hard selling item pls dont damage the hair to go back to you and do service again and pay?!!, people go to salon to look good and not to stress out and look horrible. I’ve gone rebonding for many years and this is the first time i encountered this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visit and is my last and forever visit to this ⚫️ shop. The lady manager said the sgd 100$ plus promotion(Mucota dyna treatment) from fave is not suitable( she said this treatment is kind of rebonding , more damages to my hair n recommend for kgloss which i dono what treatment but chose to beleive her ) for my hair condition and end up I need to top up another 89$ for more lower range k gloss. They blow my hair also half wet n never apply anything like others salon did. And not even comb for me at the end n leave me waiting for bills. I need to wait for another no ending waits coz their manager busy pushing another's customer into their packagessss! Dear All please be aware of their tricks , especially the Fave user , u can try your luck here just an example of how they used their tricks on your voucher . Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went back after 2 years and was served by Dennis and Q Ting, and understand is Dennis' first day taking over the outlet. Superb personalise service and he provided constructive comments which are tailored to my needs. Enjoyed my scalp treatment where Ting gave me a very good massage and also done hair colour today, looking forward to the next session :)

He took time to perfect the cut, shared tips on maintenance and genuinely wants his customers to look good.
