Bad employment agency!!

Good service and customer oriented. Understand what we need, and able to find a maid that meet our expectations. Ms. May is very friendly, professional and provides a lot of guidance and advice. Will definitely recommended 1st synergy to family and friends

I would highly recommend 1st Synergy Employment for those that are looking for domestic helper. They are very transparent on their charges and they also provide proper training to the helper which is total9ly different from other agencies that I had engaged helpers from previously. Not only that, they still render their kind assistance to me even though the helper that I had hired from them has been working with me for the past 3 years.

Had a horrible experience with 1st synergy employment agency. People please do not engage this agency located at 170 Upper Bukit Timah Road. I was liaising with Patrick Ng whom I believe is the owner of the agency. Their services were poor. If you encounter any issues with the domestic helpers, the agency will take the sides of the helpers. Poor and rude after-sales service by Patrick Ng. If can I will give 0 star to this company!

Reply to owner, Firstly, when the FDW arrived, her sleeping arrangement was discussed with you. We had a spare room available for the FDW yet you advised us otherwise. As first time FDW employers, we could only take advice from you. Secondly, the reason for the FDW to stop working for us, was not communicated or discussed with us by yourself or by the FDW. We were shocked and lost, as first time employers, when our FDW left abruptly yet, there was no prompt follow up from the agency. To make matters worse, admin matters regarding her work permit was not attended to. The reason for this review is not to debate on the incident. Till date (after at least 6 months), the agency has yet to close the loop with us and we have already given up hope regarding the matter. We just wish to have this post as a reference for those who wishes to engage this agency.

Reply to owner, To set the record straight, the post is a review and not a feedback. The review on your agency is based on my experience. It serves as a reference for the general public before they decide if they wish to take the risk and engage a FDW with your agency. Based on your response, it is obvious that your PR tactic is to simply cover up the mistake and it shows how apathetic your agency is when situation arises. To end things, I emphasise this. This is a honest review by me, which is a first time employer of a FDW and not a feedback. If you really need a feedback so badly, my feedback is this: Please put in more effort in managing your agency, to be more empathetic when situation arises and most importantly, take responsibility instead of covering up your mistake. PS: For those who wish to engage services from this agency, I hope you would think twice. After this incident, you can find another agency which is way way way better than this agency, with a much lower agency fee. In addition, the competency of FDW from any other agency will be way better than this 1st Synergy. The FDW that we hired was horrible. A FWD is supposed to help ease our daily load. Yet, the FWD from this agency was so horrible that I felt like I AM the FWD. To make things clear, the FWD has only 1 task which is to take care of the elderly at home. Instead, she spends her time putting on make up and watching tv for the whole day.
