Just when other Maid agencies tell me that they don’t have a transfer maid and a new maid will take more than half a year to come, Steven had the means to not only help me apply for 1 but altogether 2 helpers within a short span of time. Reached out to a few ‘well rated’ agencies online as I need a transfer helper. Only this agency bothered to get back to me and attentively followed up on my request. The other agencies only asked for my particulars but did not bother to get back at all. Josephine was responsive and very helpful in assessing my needs before matching me with my current Myanmar helper with whom I am happy with so far (with me for 3 weeks now). The agency took about 3 weeks to find and match a transfer helper to me which was reasonable. After 2 weeks with my new helper, Josephine also proactively followed up with me to check if we were doing okay with the new helper. This is my first time using this agency although I was using another agency previously who had been unable to find me a transfer help. Very pleasantly surprised at the level of service provided by this agency and especially the help given by Josephine. Will recommend.
