Appointment for full decal was done 2 months before. Artwork only confirmed few hours before they stick them onto my bike. The whole process was so rushed, workmanship was very poor. Some requests were mixed up too. I was told to collect my bike at 10pm. They admitted that customers normally returned multiple times to touch up. I trusted them but they disappointed me.

I entered the shop and was shocked to hear the malay guy ask me 'what you want'? in a rude tone. I thought I owe him money. Told him about my seat... 'must wait' was the reply. Then I started looking transparent for the next 15 mins. I left for a better shop. Poor staff guaranteed poor service.

Please take your time to read this review. I had fallen into the trap of thinking that a famous, well-known shop would produce the highest quality to live up to its standards. I had paid an overpriced amount for a simple wrapping service for parts of my bike, thinking that the "professionals" can do a much better job than myself. Service was so-so as I had to wait more than the said timing to collect, also i noticed that they were not prioritizing on a first come first serve basis. Not more than 2 days later, the adhesive of the wrap started to weaken, and even torn(due to the weather/temperature of SG). I made a trip back to the shop to have a touch up and that too even start producing air pockets throughout the wrap within the same week. When i remove the part of the bike which was wrapped, I also noticed a few missing screws which were previously there. Long story short, paying more might not be getting the best quality. This is my story and not generalizing all wrapping jobs from them. Just beware of the risk.

Worse shop I ever visit. They open at 10am. So I went at 10am and truly they are opened but no one can see you. You are transparent to them. All of them are busy shifting their messy stuff in the shop. I waited for almost an hour before someone realized there are customers and then serve you. I was there for an bad workmanship on my seat wrap. The supervisor push away all responsible. I offer to pay for the extra effort for sewing back an one inches length broken thread. He then wanted to charge me for $30. This is ridiculous! Previously they charge me $50 for re-sewing the whole seat without replacing the material or leather. Now for an inches broken thread, they charged you for $30. This is simply to fan you off. Sharing my experience so that others will not fall into it. Thanks for reading.

Wrap had bubbles so decided to DIY. Removed the wrap today and found out they used blades directly on the part. This caused the glossy finish of the original part to tear. Do not recommend if you intend to preserve original paint.

Poor professionalism. Was greeted rudely by the staffs. Came to the shop to do my plate number and they were not even interested in trying to help me. Highly wouldn’t recommend to any patrons out there.

Didn't visit but decided to write a bad review based on all the many bad reviews that is already here. Shops like these deserve to shut down.
