โ โ โ โ โ Ming Fa opened a stall at AMK ave 10. The other day walk past the stall and decided to try out this stall. I had the signature noodle and fish ball noodle. Itโs ?! The noodle is cooked just nice with a very nice texture and form. The sauce that go along with the noodle make the noodle taste even better. Donโt be fooled thinking that the noodle is so by the crowd. You must give it a try.

โ โ โ โ โ Unlike the complexity of tze char.. isn't this all about cooking noodles (in boiling water), preparing a seasoning and mixing them? We ordered 2 bowls, standard options, no special requests - but they turned out tasting different (despite being prepared one after the other). One had way too much vinegar, one had pork lard in a huge chunk (fused together), and one bowl was much 'wetter' than the other. This is my frustration with 'Ming Fa', they are consistently inconsistent (including the Upper Thomson branch) - you just won't know what you gonna get. Hope they can take a leaf out of 'Li Xing', they are so consistent despite having so many stalls.

This place sells bak chor mee, fishball noodle, fishball soup, laksa and a few other side dishes such as ngo hiong.
You can drop by here anytime of the day! Thatโs the best! Enough parking lots at the open car-park beside the block too.

โ โ โ โ โ Love their pork rib noodles here. They are so tender that if there are bones, they will literally slide off. There are soft bones though and personally I love how they give the tender meat a different texture. Very reasonable price and definitely a good supper joint!

โ โ โ โ โ Best quick fix when you are hungry. This outlet does not have many side dish options, but everything else is as you would expect. Love the lava egg, which is something different from other ba chor mee stores.

โ โ โ โ โ The standard of noodles and fish soup is average. I've eaten better ones. However, it's a really convenient place for supper as it's open 24H.

? Food wise: Laksa soup is thick and fragrant, slightly on the sweeter side, along with the chilli paste which gives the soup a little more kick. For even more kick, add more chilli padi!
The "ham" (cockles) is fresh! They are very generous in this, they gave alot of cockles, I counted 7.
โจ Ambience wise: Quite a normal cafeteria.
