They clean well and for single pieces you can self service for sending in and collect. So convinent and well priced

I earlier posted a review in error that I would like to change. When visiting Singapore I went looking for a dry cleaner open 24 hours, and by mistake my taxi took me to a laundromat. I wrote a very negative review. It turns out that the “24H Laundry Room & Dry Cleaning” is located at Block 354 Clementi Ave 2, #01-177. This is a dry clean shop operated by 24/7 dry clean robotics which can collect and deliver dry clean to customers. My taxi driver instead took me to a coin laundry shop which is located at same Block at #01-126, called DIY laundromat. SO the review was for the wrong place entirely! I am very sorry for the negative review I posted in error. I am giving the 24 hour dry cleaner and Laundry located at Block 354 Clementi Ave #2 a 5 star rating for excellent service. Been a customer for years with them. Their customer service is excellent. I had a issue with one of my t shirts being stained after i sent it in recently. The owners took a first hand responsibility in sorting it out to rectifying it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who want great service and timely collections.

I am very satisfied with this service! First of all it’s 24 hour drop off/pick up at the machine, and the price is pretty good, it’s $4/5 for tops and blouses. They managed to remove a dark berry lipstick stain from my white jumpsuit! They are professional and I will patronise again

WhatsApped the business number listed on their site at 4pm - no reply. Had to send chaser the next day at 12pm as I wanted to have the jacket delivered in 5 wd for my flight. Finally got a reply but needed some back and forth as she couldn’t confirm what date would be 5th wd (and when I could actually collect). When this was finally completed, she mentioned at 1225hrs that she would wait for me as I rushed down to hand over the jacket in order to meet the 5 wd timeline and so I did. Halfway through driving at 1229hrs (4min later) she called me and said the driver was there and I heard them conversing saying that I only had 1 jacket so no point waiting for me. I live just a few blocks away, I was already driving and was going to reach in 5 minutes yet they couldn’t wait. This was horrendous. She then said she would be able to do express cleaning (2 days) at 100% charge. What is this service? First assuring that she would wait then canceling on me 4 mins later when I dashed out of my house and was already on my way there telling me the only other alternative was to charge me more. So many things to be desired: - quicker response on WA (at least normal working hours?) - not going back on what was promised - be more discreet even if youre judging every customer on the revenue that they’d bring you (in fact would advise thinking long term as with each transaction there would be return visits and word of mouth) I went to a neighboring dry cleaner at the end. Professional, no extra charges and could even deliver a day earlier.
