Recently moved to clementi, I don't know how the hell they spoilt my branded jogger pants with the strings of it broken, when I sent it for dry wash, and they didn't even bother to mention and I only realized after traveling overseas

Never send your laundry here. They smudged my shirt more and when I asked for a refund or a compensation, the lady threatened me to call the police. There was no apology at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad.. They totally destroyed my black out curtains and refused to take responsibilities.
There was no mentioning of the risk when we check in the curtains but they insisted that their staff had highlighted the risks.
I have been waiting 14 days for the manager to get back to me and my curtains are still with them. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not send your laundry here. Back in 2014 the shop lost an expensive sweater, waited 2 months to get a compensation. Do not dare to go back to the shop again. Recently, out of convenience, decided to give it another shot. The shop lost my outerwear. Still pending for them to find the whereabouts of the outerwear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good pricing model for singles as they have a low min weight for loas wash (2.5). Only complain is that they don't do delivery but its near for me so not an issue. If you wash individual items you can, use the 23h drop off and collect
