★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24 hour family plumber is not a trustable and not cheap plumbing service. i whats app my kitchen n toilet pipe problem to him, explained the problem and wanted a quote. He replied me price $60 to $80.when he come to our place to do the repair, he told me the toilet pump and kitchen cost $400. I was extremely shock bcos the price he provided n the actual charges is so much different. then he told me $60 - $80 is just repair. That means what he initially quoted, it just simply give me a price so that he can get the job and dont bother to understand what is the problem we are having. We requested him to show us the old pump after changed, and we found out the "old pump" is dry and new. The water cant even flow properly after his work done. PLEASE SUPERVISE/MONITOR THE WORKER IF YOU WANT TO ENGAGE THIS LOUSY SERVICE PROVIDER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to charge me 410 dollars to fix a single clog. Tried to invent additional non existent clog so they wanted 180 for each clog and 50 dollars call out charge. I sent him on his way but still had to pay 50 dollars just for giving him the opportunity to rob me.
The next guy i called did it for 80 bucks and took 10 minutes.
Imagine trying to make 400 dollars for 10 minutes work...a unique blend of stupidity and dishonesty.
Dishonest. Stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toilet clog; 1st team came quoted $180 to clear the clog but failed. Second team came asking for $400. After repair boss asked for additional $120 for removing toilet bowl not communicated in advance. Negotiated to $500 final bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a toilet bowl issue which would not budge with drain cleaners and plunging. The plumber (John Goh) we were assigned was professional and knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and fixed it really efficiently. Highly recommended! Thanks so much :) we now have a proper toilet!!
They are PUB certified and permitted to work throughout the "Circuit Breaker", so don't hesitate to call them up if you have any plumbing troubles.
