Extremely unprofessional and even talked down to my family..
Never again will I do business with this company and I highly recommend you don’t engage them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called and explained to them the situation. man on the line was very rude and unprofessional. the website is also misleading as it says "$0 transportation" but when I called the man he said it's "$150 now what time already". so i asked him what about in the morning he said "$140". so why does the website say "$0"?

Yet she did not bother to understand and kept repeating she did not understand what is the situation despite explaining in simple terms. What is hard to understand about "whole house getting intermittent power trips without the circuit breaker tripping"???
