When I asked to show the sample, the first thing she asked me to do was to go to their website to view all the items. Why would I make all the effort of going down personally just to be redirected back to their website? All I wanted was to see the real sample size but it was all in vain. She wasn't courteous throughout and kept rolling her eyes. The samples was just steps away yet it seemed like i put a whole weight on her when I requested to see different sizes and shapes. She even asked me back the same question I was asking which was totally weird but revealed much later that she doesn't know and was the least bothered to find out.
2 years ago, another staff who attended me was awesome but unfortunately I did not see her around.
Dillic has good products but a black sheep totally ruined everything.

Dillic Packaging salesperson had very holistic knowledge on various packaging needs and was able to deliver on time without neglecting its product quality. I will definitely revisit and recommend this packaging company to others!

The staff Jay is totally unresponsive and unhelpful!
They missed the email which we sent the artwork for 5 days, took 3 days to produce a proof but missed to attach the file, then another 5 days to receive a proper email with attachment. It's now 3 weeks since we initially placed the order and they still haven't confirmed the delivery date despite various follow-up. We will never go with this company again!

They offer many different options for customisation and the staff there were approachable. They even went to the extent to show me various samples that their other customers have previously bought to give me a better idea on the packaging that suited my food business.
