Cooked by a very senior uncle all by himself. The rest are just assistant helping out the order. Only 2 fried carrot cake store in this Toa Payoh Lorong 1 market. Often shadowed by the other famous Chey Sua carrot cake store who often being invited to SG day overseas. This is really a value for money food. If you like nostagic food, come try, is worth it.

S	S Wun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ July 2022: one of the better carrot cake that I have tasted! Queues are long for a good reason! Well worth it. The sauce is sweet yet not overly sweet and the portion size is decent. The fried egg with the sauce gives an umami taste that still lingers in a mouth after the carrot cake is swallowed. Yum!
