★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off an IWC perpetual calendar chronograph for repair and they did a great job, at a very reasonable price as well. Took a little longer than I had hoped to receive a quote, but would highly recommend them in terms of work quality.
The gallery has tons of unique vintage pieces as well, worth a look.

The staff (Jet and Sam) are professional and knowledgeable, yet humble with zero snoobbishness toward regular folks like me, even when they deal with wealthy clientele regularly. The in-house watchmaker is critical about movements and share his honest take of a watch with no holds barred, which is much appreciated. Together with THG, the increased exposure to Independant watchmakers in Singapore is an industry leading move. Ali, the owner, has created a business that excites me and I can't wait for more pieces and events by 2Tone.
