★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small mall with limited selection of shops. The main attraction is the La Jiang Shan hotpot which does both lunch and dinner. I summarise the mall as a "one-eye-see-all" place with no major surprises

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i tried to buy more nuggets as the first box was great but there is only an escalator that leads upwards so theres no way to buy snacks after you have gone into the cinema, the cinema had literally nobody else so if you want that kind of experience, go for it (this was the cinema inside 321 Clem). there is an arcade nearby, the table hockey and basketball games were my favorite definitely would say that this building is meant for people who live in the neighborhood, not worth travelling if you live a distance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good neighbourhood shopping mall, easy to find items and foods you liked. Price of foods and other household materials are very reasonable, don't miss many newly opened and fruits/vegetables stalls with good bargains and good food at the hawker centre. Sales staff here and shop owners are friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rather small mall is 2nd to the bigger Clementi Mall but could hold its own. The only mall and cinema in Clementi under EngWah is based in this mall and it has a few good restaurants and eateries too. It even has the fitness first platinum gym at the upper floors. Convenient to near access for the clementi Ave 1 and 2 folks as well as the west coasters. It is about 10mins walk from clementi MRT station, has its own parking facilities and also has the super ever popular and packed open air carpark near to it.

All one could see are busy hardworking staff fulfilling the orders spooled to them by the self service terminal which helps productivity a lot as there's no need for an order-taker and a cashier. The backend of the shop is fully visible to anyone. A notable discovery - there's a staff recruitment notice at the shop, setting out the key info that a prospective job applicant needs to know. ?

The area is quite small, mostly occupied by restaurants with few shops offering service (ex. salon).
There was not a lot of people even during weekends.
If you want a less crowded place to visit for dining or movie, this place is perfect.

There's some food outlets here which is always good.....

There's a art shop as well.
They have 2 level of carparks.
