★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly managed mall with very low occupancy and many PRC food shops. Constant shop closures and renovation. Recently made to look worse with an entrance that now looks very old-fashioned. This place seriously needs a redesign to bring it back to the 21st century.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gem, as long as you are thinking of a small neighborhood and have the appropriate expectations. Good fresh produce market on the ground floor. Sichuan restaurant. A Lanzhou Hand Pulled noodles place. Hot pot. And several other eateries.
