4Fingers Crispy Chicken

I choose the spicy flavor because it is much tastier than others. But it can be quite salty so recommended not a good ideal to eat too often. Price is consider expensive see menu below. It’s a great to have items when we have home gathering. Nice nice nice. I personally think it is better than WingStop.

The chicken is well prepared compared to other outlets in SG. The staff's are friendly and positive. They are sted-fast when it comes to cleaning up after the customers. Definitely will dine here again.

We loved the crispy chicken sets. Very friendly counter service. Surprising that it wasn't crowded on a Friday evening. Maybe still early. Overall we had a great time here.

This place is hot and stuffy. But the male counter staff was nice and very attentive. Food is good as usual but food served was a bit cold albeit the hot atmosphere.

I’ve never given reviews before but I’m so upset with this outlet. Number 1, fries is so cold? They did not even bother reheating it at all. number 2, the overall environment is so unhygienic, floor is super sticky. Number 3, my friend and I had stomachache after eating (definitely not a coincidence)

So good Omg the burger set and tofu rice bucket 10/10 burger was big chicken was crispy the sauce just right and the fries amazing crispy and hot for the tofu rice bucket tofu good portion crispy as well the extra kimchi was amazing as well. The environment was nice and chill. The cashier who served us was very nice and patient as well. Overall a really great experience will definitely come back

can u believe how rude this one male staff was?? I called in to ask abt the combos they had on grabfood. It wasn’t available in combo when i checked and even tried refreshing the page. I then called to ask because it could be a glitch on their side and just wanted to check with them. However, I was answered back sooo rudely and impatiently by a male staff on the phone, telling me that “ma’am im clicking the keyboard already as we are talking. we are changing it already.” Hence, i refreshed the page and ordered my food. I wanted to put in a special instruction to request for sth but the grabfood page for this outlet, 4 fingers Marina Square, did not have any comment section or special instructions for me to fill up. Thus, i tried to call them right after i made the order and with which they didn’t pick up as it didn’t even ring thru. Then i tried calling back again literally 4-7mins after i made the grabfood order and they finally picked up. I gave them my grabfood order number for them to have a reference. I asked if they could add more kimchi powder to the fries and more soy garlic sauce to the chix. The same guy that answered the phone earlier on told me rudely yet again saying no cannot, sealed already, no cannot open, no i cannot do that, zip tie already, cannot untie, cannot add extra on the side too. I told him oo i called quite a few times earlier on but you guys didn’t pick up and he said no i didn’t receive any call, im sitting right beside the phone, im the one that picks up the phone, i didn’t hear it ring. (suggesting that I was lying but i have the evidence to back up what i said was true. i have a picture as proof) Literally everything i suggest to him to help him with my order, he rejected every solution i gave saying oo its cause of hygiene purpose and there’s a camera watching me. Then let me ask you this, if i can request for extra powder n sauce on my chix everytime i dine in or order takeaway, why can’t this grabfood order be done the same too? Is it just THIS guy or all the staff is acting this way at THIS outlet because I’ve read the reviews saying the staff there were nice and i believe that it is just this male staff that answered the phone, that has an attitude problem. After which, i told him if you can’t do anything to help with my order which he answered “ya i cannot help at all, cannot do anything”, i told him i will just give a review and feedback later on and he just said “ok, thank you”. In the background before the call ended, i could hear him complaining or saying something which i feel even if he wanted to do that, he should at least end the call first. I hope to get an explanation on why this happened and what this outlet will do to improve on this particular male staff attitude. editted: this doesn’t look zip tied to me. food taste great as usual tho

Standard fried chicken fast-food! It is rather small with lesser seats, so if you think of going to eat-in, choose more appropriate timing.
