5 by Sans Façon - Seletar Aerospace Park

Located in a one storey colonial house within the Seletar Aerospace park, this lovey restaurant serves good Western food with French theme. Ask for their set menu which is really value for money. Can get rather packed even on a weekday lunch, so book ahead!

Chanced upon this restaurant, with alfresco dining as well as indoor seatings. It's located near the airplane runway so you might get to see planes landing! We were only there for snacks and wow the portion of fries is worth mentioning! A huge bowl of truffle fries and the sourdough bread is delicious! Not too hard and comes with a good crunch! Will definitely visit for the mains the next time. Do note to make reservations as we were told that the restaurant is fully reserved on a Saturday evening!

The food was SUPERB!!! The ingredients used were really quality and I could taste the freshness of the seafood! Prawns and crayfish were amazing in the pasta I so love it! The mussels were rather small, but the broth was SO PERFECT for dipping anything in! Would be a great place to return if I want a cosy, quiet and relaxing place to hang out with close friends!

Been here twice and both times the experience was fantastic. Excellent unpretentious food with generous portions. Love the ambience and laid back feel. Would definitely come here weekly if I didn’t live 30km away

Great food! Great services! Approached 5 by Sans Facon to reserve a table for my proposal and Michelle happily agreed to facilitate by reserving the table with the best view (sunset view) and allowing to me to set up simple deco around the area! Though I had a changed of plans and last min decided to set up the deco and proposal at the broad walk area. After a successful proposal, of course we head to the restaurant for dinner! The staffs was still very curious who’s the couple and congratulating us when they found out! I feel that Customers are not just treated like another one here. Foods are all great, fresh, big portion. Octopus leg with calamari is just nice, tender and not tough at all. Just to mention a few - Seafood pasta comes with nice sauce and fresh seafood too. With the nice ambience and staff sharing the wine knowledge, it’s really value for money. Just a pity that the duck breast is slightly tough but it still deserve the 5 Stars! Definitely visiting it again! Look forward to the new opening at building 6 by sans facon!

Been here 3 times - weekend breakfast, weekday set lunch and weekend lunch - as we love it. Good quality food, delicious, great ambience and service. Owner himself gives his personal touch by talking to us about the food. Lovely experience nestled in the peaceful surroundings of the Seletar black white bungalow area. Highly recommended.

Love the ambience and that the tables are space out! Great service staffs they have, the food were awesome. Really love the creamy mussels, taste like blue cheese but we were told it was not. Mango cheesecake was a fantastic choice after food, sweet, sour and salty nicely blended in a slice of cake. Looking forward to try out breakfast menu next. ❤?

Great service and ambience. Visited this place for the first time, ordered these food as shown in the pictures. The boss as shown in the picture even came to our table to talk to us. Most of the service staff are also very friendly. Verdict of the food: Grilled octopus was nice. Mussels : First plate served wasn't fresh and creamy as described by many. Feedback to the service staff and got a replacement. The second plate of mussels served was fresh and creamy.
