Y	Yenyen Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order for a delivery today. Made the payment and wait for quite awhile. But ended up with cancelled my order without any reason. Only saying that “ your order can’t fulfilled” then refund to me. Very worse experience during my first day of Chinese Linar New Year.

Next time Shuld just stick to their normal chicken for lunch or dinner, much better. 3 star for breakfast menu. 4 star for normal menu.
J	Jasmine Khoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too little seats available at this outlet. The nasi lemak has no coconut fragrance in its rice at all, and even the decent sambal couldn’t really save the experience. Spaghetti is yummy in the sweet way, which is quite typical of Filipino style pasta sauce.
c	chEng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how the kitchen staff preparing orders can put a drumlet-disguised-as-drumstick into my order of 3 pc chickenjoy ('drumlet' posing beside the v small corn cup / sauce container). Maybe the QC process is OTOT, dependant on the mood of who is preparing that day. Standards starting to drop for this brand, maybe success does block the ears of management. Most likely if a decent manager does see this feedback and offers to replace with a proper drumstick, i think it will be better if they fix their quality control from within instead. Anw, do check your orders before you leave.

Something about their spicy and non spicy flavour marination that makes it memorable, even when not eaten immediately like take outs for example. Like their fresh gravy, mash potato and fries that completes the meal. One of the few above average fast food brands you can depend on for a quick meal. Tried their nondescript hotdogs too on other occasions from other outlets... makes a great meal on the go.

Printer collection timing is different. ordered 9.09am, ready at 9.30am, printer is 9.20am. Ordered yum breakfast. beef patty is thin and more flour but brewed coffee is good. 1 star for waiting time and another star for coffee.
L	Lawkoh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't feel welcome for this place. The cashier taking order has no customer service, no expression, can't be bother attitude. After ordered, we realised that there's limited seats of 3 tables only, all taken! Back to cashier, ask for refund successfully. Thanks to Jolibee, now I am happily siting next to them - (Tender Fresh). Much much appreciated as a customer here ??
