Good dimsum. Hawker center price. Restaurant quality serving and taste. Hidden in an industrial building. Feels like an industrial kitchen but dining area has aircond. Food is impressive. Highly recommended.

Google directions are clear, just turn right at entrance. Dim sum are very affordable, reasonable servings and served hot. Congee is packed with ingredients. Can be better if chilli is better.

First time trying this Dim Sum restaurant, kinda surprised to find one located at a industrial building. Good range of Dim Sum favorites to choose for at a reasonable price. Limited seatings so, come early.

Gives u the feeling of being at a HK dimsum restaurant. Dimsum is ok. Average quality. Claypot rice cannot make it. Their fried stuff ok. Char siew bao so-so. Steam stuff ok. Everything have to carry yourself. Order at the front, take number then have to carry yourself to the table. Quite a hassle.

Average tasting but good selection of dim sum and tzi char at affordable prices. Food was on the saltier and oiler side. Ordered a second serving of the porridge but it tasted different from the first. The chicken feet was also different from the usual dim sum places. The sauce was a savory salty black pepper rendition. Chee Cheong Fun’s skin was too thick but had a generous filling of the prawns. Sauce was also on the sweeter side rather than salty. Skip the claypot chicken rice, it had no charred bits, and the ingredients was just chicken & rice (wheres the mushroom & lup cheong ?). Liu sha bao was too eggy, tasted like salted egg bun instead. The fried items and XLB/dumplings in general were decent. The meat filling tasted homemade. Prices are nett as you have to collect your food and look for a table yourself. Have both aircon and non aircon seating. Overall a very meh meal, won’t be coming back again.

Went on weekend. Had high expectations as heard from ppl that dim sum was of high quality. Place is no frills. Can get crowded. Parking was ez on weekend Order dim sum, drinks, pay at cashier, get buzzer and wait to be buzzed multiple times :) Dim sum was OK - Har kau, siew mai Best - carrot cake The Char Siew CCF could be better, steam pork was a bit porky for me.

Managed to get time off work. Decided to check it out. The building is more akin to where I will go to look for contractors or hardware rather than nice dim sum. Parking was easy and not expensive when I was there. The ambience of the place reminds me of the very old Chinese restaurants my parents bring me to when I was a kid. Decades ago..... Lol. Ordered the usual stuff I like and decided to try liver porridge and mushroom ccf. Everything was nice and definitely can eat except for the steamed pork ribs. That was way too salty. The place doesn't pretend to be anything atas. Go in, find your seats. Go cashier order and pay, then wait for the buzzer to summon u to collect your food. Side plates and etc are all found on the table. I would go back again. Try the other stuff.
