Not worth queueing for 30mins. The noodles tasted as if it wasn’t cook properly. It still has the starch taste. Nothing special.

First time trying this stalll, and I am picky with Bak Chor Mee... ordered midieum mee pok with chilli, very tasty!! Sipping kopi-o 20mins later, the taste of the BCM is still memorable...

Great noodles and sauce. Extremely flavourful. The $4.50 portion is relatively big. The average person can just order the $3.50 portion. The meat and liver slices are also quite generous and are cooked perfectly to give them a tender texture. The soup is also not the typical pepper water. It has both a slightly sweet and savoury taste. There will be a queue and they are a bit slow but it is still worth the wait.

Queued about 20-30minutes even though off peak hours. the chilli was good and taste was flavourful. the liver was well cook not tough. Some of their customer was also able to cut queue to buy or pack, which i got no idea why. probably their own fam or old customer. feel abit unfair though.

Bak Chor Mee (SGD $4) @ 58 Minced Meat Noodle. . Since 1973, this stall has been drawing queues for their simple, unassuming, well-cooked BCM. . No meatballs or dumplings here, just the use of fresh tender pork loin and minced pork, crispy pork lard, and 2 kinds of tender braised mushrooms (shiitake & button champignon). . The chewy mee pok / wide flat egg noodles picks up the gravy of light soy sauce, black vinegar, and sambal chili paste well. For those who a prefer stronger taste, a bottle of black vinegar sits on the counter; add as you like. . Has bold meaty tangy sour earthy savoury spicy flavours. . The clear soup carries a heady sweet savoury flavour from the pork bone stock. . Crisp spring onions and bird's eye chili to complete. Queued about 15 minutes.

To be precise, this deserves a 3.4 stars. While it doesn't make you crave and queue for more than 10 mins, the ingredients such as mushrooms and pig liver/lean meat are fresh and not overcooked (which is uncommon). The chef's wife prepares the ingredients in bowls to avoid the chef wasting his time to remember and pick them. The soup have the sweetness of good pork bone stock flavour.
