1) Their website states Dedicate customer service “kindly call 9841 2939 and we will make the arrangement for you.” And when you call this 9841 2939, no one picks up the phone!
2) Their website stated “Same Cleaner”, but in 2 sessions are assigned different cleaner and I have to tell every time where my cleaning things are and what to clean.
3) On the 3rd session, the cleaner missing in action did not show up. Am contacting 6Days now.
This is so frustrating!
I will not recommend this service to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service recovery. Cleaner left the iron on after she left at 430pm in my 5 year old’s room. The iron was left ON and hot the entire time on the floor on the baby mat. Thank god I discovered it at 12pm the next day, but this mistake should not happen at all. What worsens the situation is when we called 6days, the people taking our call (Lucas/Yongjie) was completely unemphatatic, had attitude problems, and gave a strong impression that they can’t be bothered. When we requested for higher mgt to contact us and an email to agree that 1. Higher mgt to contact us 2. To not charge us till mgt contact us , yongjie agreed to do it by 230pm, but the email never came. I may wish to post this on their Facebook if they have one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and irresponsible customer service. I have had multiple bad experiences with this company and decided to discontinue their services:
1. a different cleaner was being sent to my house despite being promised the same cleaner for all sessions. there was no warning given beforehand as well
2. cleaner didn't show up on one occasion and no effort was made by management to inform me. i waited and waited without knowing what was going on
3. one of the cleaners was busy picking her nose, playing with her phone while on the job. all of this was caught by my house security camera
their services are inexpensive, but do yourself a favor and save the agony by engaging other companies!
