Reasonable price I guess,
I did not made any comparison.
I had engaged them to steam extraction for 3 mattresses, sofas & curtains.
Supervisors were friendly.
Worker did a great job and was very gentle when handling the equipment.

Impressed as they managed to send two servicemen to perform the cleaning!
Entire cleaning process for total 20 items took around 3 hours..

Took up their vinyl deep cleaning service. My vinyl flooring looks much much more cleaner and shiny. I can really feel the difference when I walk on my floor now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 days before we moved in we engage them to do professional cleaning when we were away from Singapore, given the highly rated review. To our disappointment many areas were not cleaned at all/ properly. To name a few defects, All room doors were dirty, the cloth I used to wipe them down today became black, underneath toilet seat was not cleaned, floor was covered in thick dust, stove has a lot of stains including the knobs, hob was not cleaned at all. To think the ops manager claimed all these dirts were cumulated over the 12 days after cleaning when no one stayed in the house in the time period. I know we only pointed these out 12 days after cleaning somehow sounds like a gone case but the truth we know is the service level is appalling. If you want to engage them, make sure all defects are pointed out within 3 days as the ops manager advised. I attached some pictures for you to judge. Some areas we had to clean immediately before move in, no chance to take pics. Oh did I tell you the crew left earlier that day despite all these issues? Won’t recommend it to anyone I know.

Opted for 10 piece upholstery cleaning package at a reasonable price. The team of 3 was punctual on day of service and the supervisor explained in detail what the service entails. Overall, was impressed with the level of customer service and the quality of their cleaning services. Sofas, chairs and mattress were thoroughly cleaned. Will certainly engage EPIClean again in future. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt reply for enquiries. After deep cleaning, can last up to 1 month with no mopping. Flooring did not feel sticky at all. The weekly mopping did not help to remove the much debris that they can do. Worth doing it yearly as maintenance
