★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy a bottle of sprite because my mom had a bloated belly and need something to release the built up gas. One small bottle coast S$2.70 and when I asked to cancel because I want to change the drink, the cashier had the audacity to say "Why Cancel?" I have never met a cashier who can adamantly demand an answer for a customer's choice. I still paid for the drink anyways.
It is not about me being petty of the drink. I am simply shocked to discover the aggressive attitude and standard of the cashier. I'd give it a 1 star if I could.
Time of visit is 1029pm, 22 Jan 2020. There are 2 ladies working there who don't fit to be in customer service.
