★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a very regular customer patronising Bishan Buzz Interchange for many years since day 1, the Buzz staff are quite friendly and helpful. I remembered when my soupy package was about to spill, this new staff lady in bespectacled with coloured bun hair, she offered me rescued of a small token plastic bags 2 years ago. She is still here every afternoon if you notice. Thanks for your kindness! God blessed you good business!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to drop off parcels in the morning but the staff told me to leave on the table without scanning the QR on the spot and neither keeping them away from the counter. It will take a while until the staff processed the parcel. Drop off parcel at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It supposed to open at 830am daily according to staff is shortage of manpower mending this counter, it’s closed daily at 830pm could it be the rental time restriction? If possible, please open early for the morning crowds to buy things for the early morning rush, see your Neigbour Newspoint counter already open at 830am!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been a sad day that this Bishan Buzz outlet closed down on very last day of 31st Dec 2021 nearly 20 years since the Buzz contracts ended halfway ex staff who handled this outlet was transferred to Yishun instead, now as it’s open hopefully the Buzz will bring back the good service staff who has mended this outlets and extra staff is needed for such busy place.
Understand it’s rental for this kind of covid times is high and but they reopen and operation time changes, please adjust 8am where customer can see the shop open and little late like 10pm?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This buzz shop is reopen again is good but the staff open quite late morning 10am and closed early like 830pm. If you looking for cigarettes or small stuff to passby like 830am expect to have disappointment, unsure why it’s operated this way, only 1 staff alone at the shop said no manpower? Buzz should grab chances to make business instead of closing early and open late ⏰
