I am your regular customer of 7 - Eleven. I wish to feedback my unpleasant customer service at outlet of Block210 Hougang Street 21, #01-275 S(530210) On 30 December 2021 at about 6:50am Kalai the counter staff raised her voice scolded me for dirtying the floor. In addition remarked that I every time dirty the place - that is not true. So I asked her for a broom so that Incan clean up the place for her and to make her happy because of my mistake of pulling the the Butter Chicken Briyani its polythene seal too hard jerking too strongly causing some rice spilled on the floor. I explained to her all these happened accidentally. In addition her customer service is very poor, rude and show no courtesy to her customer. Strongly recommend her for customer service training for improvement because of these: 1) Never greet her customer 2) No respect for her customer 3) Always put up a source face and does not service with a smile. 4) Rude to customers by raising her voice and scolds her customer. 5) Customer greets her good morning and she fails to greet back.
