Doctor is quite experienced and can diagnose the symptoms with effective medication. Effective medication with reasonable charges.

Good sound advise from experienced doctors on duty.

Dr Terence is the best

Dr Terence Ong has been my family doctor for more than 10 years already. I have been consulting him whenever there are any health ailments. He is very experienced for a GP situated in the heartland area and we only swear by his expertise even though we are not staying in Hougang. His nurse is also a very familiar face as she has been assisting Dr Ong for a very long time already. We have ever gone to clinics nearby our homes and workplaces but the medication doesn’t seemed to work. So we would usually land back at Kovan Clinic when Dr Ong returns back to Singapore from his holidays - however I reckon that given the covid situation, we will be able to consult him at any point in time since travelling overseas isn’t a viable option for now. No efforts are spared in his clinic when it comes to sanitizing and social distancing. His medication works wonders for us all in the family! Highly recommended clinic!

Professional, efficient, experienced and super nice Dr..

Came here for a stab wound a few months back after I accidentally stabbed myself :( and the dr was very kind to me. I wish I remember his name but I forgot as I'm bad with names but I think he is the only dr there haha. He was good at accessing the situation and explaining to me what shot (tetanus shot) and that I needed stiches. He said we can do stiches on the spot but when I asked him how much it would cost me, he did tell me that I can go to A&E for a capped price which didn't know at the time and wrote me a referral and also gave me dressing. The stab was not at a critical part so I am fine. I am glad he was honest and helped me and was not after my money and put my best interest at heart- which is a very noble and notable thing for a dr and he deserves more patients for being so sincere and kind in his job. The clinic was recommended to me by my friend (Ann) and she was right in recommending this, I will definitely come back here if I need any medical treatment done in the future and recommend my friends who stay near here if they need a place too

The staff here are professional and efficient in their work. Went for an ART test and it was pretty quick and smooth sailing! Thank you staff and stay safe!
