I just want to share my nightmare, Me and my boyfriend as a tourist in Singapore, was shoping here and I had bad experiance. The Cashier being IMPOLITE and so RUDE to us. The problem is we only asked about the price which is on promotion or not because is written 4 for 2, the mark written not clear for $(price) We are not a local so we are unfamiliar and sudenly scolding us VERY BADLY with high tone volume. Is not supossed to happend. I'm really disapointed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible experience from the person at the counter at 7-eleven Hoa Nam building branch today . I went in to purchase a Starhub pre-paid SIM card and he just gave me the SIM card without my IC . When I asked him do you need my IC to register , he said no need and just sold me the prepaid card. I reconfirmed a couple of times to check if I can start using the SIM and he confirmed that I can activate myself through the phone. However after a few hours of wait when I still couldn't use the SIM , I called him again . And he said it wasn't registered for activation. As registeration needs IC .
What??? Are you kidding?? such poor service & communication .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aircon is not working since 3 months. Therefore inside the shop is very hot and goods like chocolates are melting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is clean and tidy, but air con has not been working for the past few months and even the chocolate bars are melting! Bad customer experience, I’ll reconsider coming back to this 7/11 in the future. Management - please fix the aircon.
