★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come to 7e around 11.30pm @10.5.21.Bad service by young chinese girl and she show a boring face&rude to us..play phone while got customer..im buying something and give her money..then she just return my money by just put it on the cashier with the annoying face..seriously ,if she dont want or dont like doing his job..pls dont work..i hope manager or someone pls take action..very bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i want to give a feedback about the cashier served me on 21 January 2020 at 7.50pm. In the beginning I can see that she was not respect me at all, when I want to check out she was texting and I was standing right infront of her but she didn’t want to check out for me until I say ‘hello’. She put back the phone with a frustrated face, after she gave me the money I asked her that can I change two of 50 cents of $1 but she said back to me ‘cannot! I already close the counter so can’t change’ with a very disrespect and frustration voice. So I go out of the shop with the disappointment and frustration feelings, thinking that I’ll not going to this 7 eleven anymore.
I hope the manager of the 7 eleven at Balestier will look at and do something on this should not happened things. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once, we bought a big orange shaped candy which was divided into several pieces, the cashier mentioned the price was 3$. So I thought okay thats good and Ill buy them for my kids. Next day, I went back, obviously, my kids ate some of them and the cashier told me that the price was actually 3$ per piece and the orange was 45$ in total!
Then, they asked me to pay the price of what my kids ate, she misleadingly sold the product and now asked me to pay it forward. I later on had to pay the price of the whole product after calling the managers, what a SCAM
