β β β β β I was at this 7-Eleven this morning at 7.50. I went into the store to buy bread. The young lady who served me could learn to serve with a smile even if she doesn't feel like doing so.
I asked her where the bread was. She looked at me stone-faced at pointed to the bread. It cost $2.40. I gave her a ten dollar bill and requested if I could give her the 40 cents. She just glared at me and said nothing. I gave her the 40 cents and she gave me my change. I was surprised she said 'thank you'.
She sniffled, so I asked if she was feeling alright. Again, another blank look. I took my purchase, thanked her and left the store.

β β β β β When I arrived in Singapore for the first time, I wanted to buy a phone card in this place. I politely asked the Asian female shop assistant about the phone card package and the registration process, but she replied rudely that "you can do it yourself".
I don't know what happened to the lady that day, but her insensitivity and rudeness really upset the customer.

I took a snacks and the price tag stated $2.20 but when come to payment, we faced some machine issues and the cashier staff donβt believe me that the price is $2.20 and argue with me itβs $3 something. She donβt even know the exact price, yet still argue the price with us very rudely. She dare ask us deal with her manager in the next morning but HELLO? U dare ask customer go back to deal with her manager in the next morning? I feel very disappointed and hope the management can do something to this staff!
