Comes at 830. “You can register but doctor come at 11am”

Doc is good, but the staff ought to pick up my call. Been calling from just now and no one answer. Since 11.30 am till now. Really dissapointed. Is there any available slot after 2pm?

Doc is very patient. But wait might be long. Those staying nearby goes home and come back some time later. For us, we will have our meal while waiting. Doc doesn't charge anyhow. Honest.

I already told the front desk that I can wait. But I did told them I'm having a fever and shaking my whole body. Time to came in whenI asking do u still open they say yes and the time was 2039pm. and need to wait very long until now. Just because you wan to go back home u just don't care. I did saw this uncle go in once and when the last person leave he straight away ask go in. If u guys wan to come here think first.

Board says open 9-midday on Sunday but was told the doc only comes in at 11.30am? Then why do they open at 9? Forces people to go home and back in discomfort. Reception was not friendly as well. This clinic did not seem like they wanted to accept patients

Clinic opens at 9 on Sunday’s and 8.30 on sat / weekdays. But when it opens, the front desk will inform us that the doctor comes in only at 11 / 11+ and to get us to take a queue number and come back later. While this is increases efficiency for the doctor, this obviously comes at the expense of the patients, some of whom are in serious discomfort and just want to get treated so they Can go home at rest. This system forces patients to come down to the clinic, get a queue number, go back home, and come all the way back 2 hours later, even if they have a high fever / are super unwell in general. For normal adults who just feel a little sick, I guess this is bearable. But how about the elderly or children, or worse still, babies who have a super high fever? Emergency cases? Update: doc came at 11.50am, but the front desk told patients to come after 11. The only upside is that the doctor is super nice and patient

Doctor was kind & caring. But yes, slow waiting event with prior appt. Hopefully 2022, better timing.

doctor personally is good and caring. however, the rest of it is the worse. doctor didn't come as the timing stated on the board. very very slow waiting time, and there was one time doctor need to do urgent minor surgery from a patient but didn't inform us waiting outside. the surgery hold us up extra hour, not counting the already slow waiting time. the staff at registration is slow too. if u plan on gg there, (with no choice) u better call first. one time i was told doctor come at 11am, when the board says 8.30-12.00 overall its like going to old folk's home when u need a tyre change in f1 racing. the doctor should best retire.
