This is a belated post from Nov 2019, and serves as a warning. If they open again, just note that this is a company that despite it's so called "service before business" philosophy, is anything but. Some examples: 1. Forced to get off the bus at some random location and wait 1-2h for bus 2. Left 2 ang moh (foreigners) at check point as driver was in a hurry and 'they likely will take a long time' (despite the passengers like us having to wait for hours for the bus) 3. Hide behind hard to find and unclear T&C to justify their behaviour 4. In handling customer complaints they basically said "too bad" and I give you 5% discount on Dream Cruise (no disrespect to Dream Cruise as I'm not sure if they are affiliated or 707 is just a fly by night travel operator trying to upsell an already unhappy customer) If you use their service, prepare to use your savings (compared to another operator) to pay for high blood pressure medication. You have been warned.
