★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was scheduled to board at 2359 but the bus could not be found. The staff could not be found at the kiosk and customers were left stranded and had to look for the bus on their own. Turns out that the company did not have their own fleet, and we were supposed to just board any bus that was headed to our destination. The bus was quickly filled and the rest of us were again stranded, and had to wait for another bus. Only managed to board at 0030, with no idea what was going on. So basically, we didn’t even have to buy a ticket/seat. No one sat at their designated seat and the driver didn’t even check if we had tickets. The seats were also cramp and small. Will definitely go for other bus companies which were more organised and cost the same price.
