Weihong's favorite breakfast place...

Was first in the queue in one of the mornings (back in early May 2021). prior to that, the stall owner was initially serving a customer for around 5-10 mins. after he was done serving the customer, the stall owner proceeded to do his own things for another good 5-6 mins. I waited at first since I thought he needed some time to clean up the area etc..after some time, I politely asked if I can order but he said please wait first. Then ok, I wait another 5-6 mins again but as the time goes, the queue started to increase by 3-4 people and with some customers queued and some left the queue, he just keep continue doing his own things as if the people in the queue are invisible. It was not as if there were no food/dishes displaying at the stall, all the dishes were already placed out there for customers to see and decide. At this point, I probably waited close to 15 mins and only left one uncle behind me in the queue and the remaining 3 people got impatient and left. So I still kindly asked again if he’s going to serve, then he started to raise his voice (in a impatient annoyed tone) and said “你能等吗？不能等就不要来啦” (can you wait? If you can’t wait, please don’t come). I got fed up and being a non confrontational person, I finally left the queue without arguing back at the stall owner, partly cos I was rushing to go work and needed to dabao breakfast to work. Because of this stall owner, I have to wait more than 15 mins and end up leaving empty handed with the rude reply from this stall. I would never bother to buy from this stall if the vegetarian stall beside was open that day. ?????

Very economical, value for money, great variety of dishes and food. Soon kueh must have. Great stall to have breakfast. Opens all day and rest on Tuesday once every fortnight #supportyounghawker
