While they have quite a few different kinds of promotions ongoing, they also have weird ones too. Free coffee with one main order and you cannot change the drink to a non- caffeine drink so it is either you take it or leave it. The $7.90 milkshake is overprize for the size; the fish & chips is oily & can see from colour of fish meat it is not fully defrost. $8.90 bites is 4 pcs of fried spring rolls + 4 onion rings, all equally as fat as my fingers (aka small). Recommend to go if you don't want to be disturb because you hardly see a waiter/waitress in sight.

Really cool place to hang out with friends. They have several rooms for KTV, but even in the main area people can take turns picking songs and singing while eating/drinking. This makes the vibe really nice and a great hangout spot with friends especially after a long day. Staff was also attentive and the food was tasty, however it was quite pricey.

Frequent patron of this lovely KTV since way before covid?.. Great staff with passion, lovely decorations, yummy food varieties and what makes it better is their live band on every Friday to Sunday?.. its family friendly suitable for all ages?.. really happy to see the place so full of live again??? #msgreedysis #greedybuddiez

Great place for family and dating. Nice ambient and friendly staffs. Food is all OK except beef burger is a bit hard to chew.

Great place to host birthday parties and gatherings! Karaoke was fun and the system was easy-to-use. Songs could be selected using our phones by scanning the qr code. Food was well-done and worth the price, especially the salted egg wings, truffle fries and pizzas! Pork ribs were tender but could have been more salted or marinated longer. Food ordering wise was difficult - online webpage would run and could not see overview of orders on our phones; honestly, quite haphazard when you have 16 people haha. It was also hard get the attention of the staff as we had to leave the karaoke room. Would be ideal if there was a waiter caller system with an ipad installed in each karaoke rooms, for easier ordering and tracking of orders. We also liked that this place offers deco services as well. However, they were late in setting it up due to some miscommunication among the staff, but they were kind to extend the hours for us to make up for it. It would have been a much better and smoother experience if the deco was set up before we arrived. Would recommend dropping them a text ahead of time to confirm the status of the setup, especially if you are planning a surprise party. The food and deco can be considered part of the minimum spending required for the karaoke room. It is actually a very affordable place for small-scale events since it is all-inclusive (entertainment, venue, food, deco)!

Booked the VIP room for a wedding party and everything was handled so professionally! Shermain was swift in responding, delivered clear information and was very transparent about everything! She was also very flexible and not pushy at all, which I greatly appreciated! On the day of the party, the staff were patient and accommodating and provided excellent service, going back and forth several times to top up our drinks or get food for us, and helping to accommodate to a dietary requirement even with short notice (so sorry about that!). The food was nice and the quantity was more than expected! They also automatically gave us extra hours based on the amount we spent on food. Everything was managed so well! I definitely recommend this place to everyone and will love to go back to show my support! Thank you for making my wedding party so memorable! Pros: EVERYTHING. Cons: You need to open more branches!! Haha

When we visited the Cafe, at first we were the only party there for lunch. We got the staff's undivided attention and the service was very pleasant. The food looks very pretty and tastes nice too. The lava burger and Mac and cheese were delicious. The wings are flavorful. We ordered waffle for dessert and it was disappointing, didn't taste fresh. Go for mains and starters.

Have my company DND held here in yr 2017. After covid reopening, I decided to visit again. Package now much affordable and reasonable compared to pre-covid which really a good deal! Ordered alot of fingers food and all were served promptly. Manager and staffs were polite and approachable. Their song list is superb as underrated drama OST can be found. I'm glad and satisfied with the service here! Will definitely return. The only con is the sound system not that great ??
