โ โ โ โ โ Undoubtedly pizza tastes good, but uncertain of its quality, we have ordered 2 or 3 times, and every-time the pizza leaves our tummy in bad state. Proving that entire quality of pizzas are so bad . Dear Sarpinos, you have to work on this. I am sure , if this repeats with us,I am going to sue entire Sarpinos. this is not the first time we are facing this. Even the price of the pizzas are not worthy.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst customer service Iโve ever seen from a F&B company. I ordered food from their safra outlet and it took 2hrs and 40 mins for their food to reach me. To top it all, I called like 10-12 times they never picked up the phone. The only time someone spoke with me the guy mentioned 90 mins to 120 mins but then they failed their own expectations. I will never order not let any of my friends order from this restaurant

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered delivery, which worked well. I chose a combo said to serve two to four people. It was a big bottle of Coca Cola and two pizzas, which where tiny. Unfortunately we had to order more somewhere else.

โ โ โ โ โ Was there for dine-in, just nice caught a promotion - around $22 for x2 regular pizzas, arrived around 15mins. Pizza was freshly made and served piping hot on the spot (margherita and pepperoni). Cheese was stringy and crust was also made right - not extremely or specifically thin, but sufficiently crispy for the standard consumer. From comments here, seems like dining in has better experience

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered pizza delivery. Both regular Gourmet 9โ, one Tropical Hawaiian and a Midnight Express.
Just a few things..
Only after order confirmation was the delivery time mentioned. So you have no way to gauge the time to decide whether to proceed with order.
Then, it said order would be delivered in 90mins. But it took more than 2hrs for the order to finally arrive.
Like a few other reviewers highlighted, pizzas were way under-sized! Well, only the pizza boxes measured a tad bigger than 9โ!! The 9โ pizza itself couldnโt even make the 8โ mark!?
Last but not least, the pizzas were a little too oily, toppings under provided, taste so-so.
Sarpinoโs used to be good, that was many years back. Now, I suppose itโs better to give it a miss.. this would be my last.
