★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best location to be, situated in the heart of Singapore City, just opposite Lau Pa Sat. It is quite accessible to a few MRT stations, with a bus stop right in front of the building.
It is an open co-working space with quality sound proof pods, and many conference rooms to cater for groups who requires scheduled meetings. They have a nice pantry area for your meals, with good coffee/beverage machines with some home appliances to heat your food.
As an open concept in mind, you can literally work "anywhere" within the premise. Generally, it is safe to leave your items around, and for a peace of mind, with a small fee you can rent a storage compartment to store your things.
The rental pricing is well worthy, with value-added complimentary hours to use the conference rooms and limited free printing and copying. Do check it out, and I believe that it will be a nice place for your company/yourself to be stationed at, be it temporary or a long period of time!
Not to mention that they have friendly staffs around who are readily to assist you should you require any help!

The staff at 80RR were very friendly and attentive to our needs from the enquiry to site visit, set up to even facilitation. Would highly recommend this space!

The rates offered there are competitively lower compared to other co-working spaces across the CBD. 80RR Fintech Hub SG co-working space is spacious and filled with lots of different facilities to fulfill business needs. Awesome!

It was made successful, with 80RR's kind assistance, to accommodate to our various requests, understanding the significance of our event and the venue was the perfect place to host an interactive, yet formal event. The staff was very supportive, adaptable and engaging, ensuring our event was prioritised to make it smooth and overall a success.

The space is very clean, fairly quiet (most people are still working from home), and very comfortable to work in. It has all the great facilities that you would expect from a co-working space like meeting rooms, private pods, spacious desks, and great coffee. And the best part is the staff that manage this place...it's the main reason I come here :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conducive co-working space with large event spaces to hold company activities. The staff there were really helpful and accommodating as well! Had a smooth time there thanks to the help of the staff.
It is also situated in a prime location and really accessible via 3 nearby MRT stations. What's best is that Lau Pa Sat is located opposite it which is a perfect place to enjoy lunch!
