★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The year was 2019, it was a stifling hot day and i was weary from days searching locations for a new home to lay my laptop down.
Through the thick Singapore haze I saw a glimmer twinkling like a star in a maze of metal and glass.
I followed the light with nothing but a warm can of Kickapoo in one hand and my laptop in the other.
Soaked in sweat and reeking of a thousand burned Indonesian trees I reached my goal.
The guard looked down at me and said "Welcome to Singapore son!"
"I'm not your son, buddy" I replied.
"i'm not your buddy, mate" he responded.
"very well, take me to your Coworking Space" I mumbled while dismissing his attempts to humour me with my hand.
Up I went to the 39th floor, my ears popping as I reached near the top of the blue tower.
Then Looked at my kingdom, I was finally there, to sit on my throne as the prince of Bel-Air.

Multiple transport options (carpark in building, taxi stop at reception, MRT/tube station under the building). Many shops and vast number of restaurants that would suit any preface and budget in minutes walking distance. Have dedicated office space, use regularly. Moved fm Regus due to failing service quality. Happy/do recommend..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over priced and unprofessional. When I renegotiated the rent they made my office one person without explicitly telling me. Now they hide behind the contract. They even try to charge me for collecting a post from MOM despite me having a dedicated office. There is lot more thats wrong but will keep it short. I would recommend The Great Room or We Work in the same area with much better interiors, pricing, no. Of locations and professional staff. I will definitely not renew nor recommend servcorp.
