โ โ โ โ โ All unfriendly staff, every single time patrol, the counter all very unfriendly. Only the cleaning uncle is friendly. Stop going there, if really crave will pack. Pls try to put on smiling face while in service line, try, ok ? Fighting!

โ โ โ โ โ Staying in Simei, very often paronise the outlet. Food is good but inconsistence in portion as it depend on mood of the senior aunties preparing you order. Generally senior staff are Not service orientated , rude at times. Talking loudly among themselves as if customers are see through. Staff need to be train or supervised!!

โ โ โ โ โ Tried the laksa for first time. The curry gravy was sweet and spicy, very nice. As it was a takeaway, the noodles had soaked up the gravy, which was quite nice though some may not like it soggy. The signature Teochew fishball noodles was delicious, as usual although best taken dine-in.

โ โ โ โ โ Inside East point mall in simei... Fish ball is nice n soft. Fish cake seem normal... Noodles seem just ok... Overall not as expected... The problem with ๅๅบ or franchise, they seem to loose some of the taste from the original store that have a long history of fragrance n experience in them... Coffee is good somehow...

โ โ โ โ โ This is one of the must eat when you have a craving for good Teo chew fish ball noodle. My usual favourite is the Signature 85 kway Teow soup. The Signature 85 version comes in dry or soup. Why I like about this , is that I come with every yummy stuff. You have slice of fish cake, fish ball, fish dumpling and Teow chew meat ball. All in the bowl. The soup base is just heart warming. And that not all, their minced pork noodle and their mushrooms ribs noodle is a must try too. This outlet at East Point Mall is my favourite. The servicing staff are always very friendly and their efficiency in dishing out bowl of noodles at fast speed especially during peak meal time deserves a big clap. The uncle manning the dine in area, are always so helpful in looking a empty for you and clearing away of those empty bowls are just as fast. Big clap for him.

โ โ โ โ โ This is good food around the neighbourhood.Their noodles are nice and if you like fish cake - you can ask for an extra (big) piece as a side... It's very nice!!
However, as many reviewers had already commented here, the staff really need some customers service training... Or maybe, they simply don't care since their business is very good...! Almost anytime you go, they will have some kinda queue.
I rated 3-stars because the staff are really not very attentive... They LOVE TALKING AMONGST THEMSELVES and will ask you to repeat without any guilt. Worst if you show-face... They will show you theirs! They love complaining about each other... But they still talk to each other non-stop... I seriously don't understand the logic.
This stall gave me the impression that the boss - either simply don't care or, don't know how to care. There are always around 4-5 staff behind the counter but their work distribution is VERY BAD!! It seems like they are 'helping' each other but it always make things worst, especially when they still chit-chat during busy hours... Then, they lost focus and will start to get frustrated with each other and start speaking loudly to each other... ?
Sigh. I have to say it again - the food is really nice though... I personally don't think they are 'arrogant' but ignorant and doesn't keep up with the modern time. Because they operate like Singapore is in the 80's... LOL ? ?
Go there for the food. That is, if you can tahan (take) them.
If you are in a bad mood, please find another place. Trust me, this place will make your mood even worst. Hahaha...
