Staff, Celine is very nice and knows her products well. She will recommend the type of facial which suits my skin and I’m able to see the difference and improvement in my skin complexion. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting Erabelle branch at Eastpoint Mall for both of their facial and eyebrow embroidery services. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. I love their warm welcome whenever I stepped into the store. Also, one of the reasons why I love their services was that they customise the facial therapy according to your current skin condition and also to target your own personal skin concerns as well. Kudos to the Eastpoint Team for their attentive and gracious service!

It's so comfortable having her as my therapist that I honestly look forward to my monthly sessions everytime. In addition, the facials/products/environment at Erabelle is also fantastic and spa-like, I can always unwind and relax when I am here. Absolutely happy to be an Erabelle customer!

My beautician, Verna, is very professional and would even check on my skin conditions a few days after each treatment. Highly recommend Erabelle as their staff are not pushy with packages and also very polite!

The beauticians are professional. They do not recommend unnecessary treatments and takes really good care of my skin. Love how they would always follow up in the days after each facial just to be sure everything is fine.
The treatment rooms are clean and comfortable. Always a treat to come here for facial.
Highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been with Erabelle for the past 3 years. Their service has been consistent and their premise has always been well kept and clean. Special mention to the ambassador Daphne whom has patiently been doing my brows for the past 3 years. She is definitely the most patient person I have seen as I am the entirely opposite of her. She is very experienced in her work and is able to do embroidery that suits the individual. Had recc friends to her and the feedback has always been positive . Do continue the good job , Erabelle! Your staff(s) are well trained and have displayed their professionalism. Went to several outlets before and can see how they had displayed it .

I arrived there several years ago with discoloured eyebrows and Daphne helped to transform and retouch them (shape & colour). They are now always natural, symmetric, well balanced and I always feel very confident in her hands. She knows exactly what suits you the best based on your face shape and skin tone. Do not hesitate one minute to leave your eyebrows to her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had started off with Erabelle for their eyebrow embroidery service and I am very impressed with their skills and services. They will design my eyebrow according to my face shape. I will often get praises for my eyebrow as how natural they look. They are not pushy with their package and I always feel comfortable whenever I am there.
With facial sessions I joined after that, they will explain to me about my skin condition and customise accordingly. I enjoy my facial session as I always feel relax with the massage. I felt my skin has improved after attending the sessions.
