★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic place to get a rented apartment. The place is near to east coast park and one can easily access public transport (bus service) within a walking distance of 200mtrs. The apartment is well maintained and flats are in a brand new condition. This has option of 2 and 3 beders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unblocked view due to landed properties in front of the condo, really quiet at night if you like to sleep without noise and not beside noisy streets or mrt, few minutes walk to bus stops which get you access to habourfront (30) or City hall or Raffles (196, 14) in addition to future MRT line that takes you to Marina Bay in 2 stops as well as intersecting all MRT lines (green, red, blue and yellow). The best part is being able to jump on buses and within 10mins it gets you to two cinemas (Katong and parkway), lots of cafes and restaurants along Katong and groceries stores. Driving is excellent which gets you on Fort road to access highways quickly!

FairPrice Xpress and Choices convenient store are located within 7-8min walking distance. Bars and restaurants 2 bus stops or 10min walking distance away. 25min by buss or 10min by car to CBD.
