This is my second stay at Fortville. Honestly the place is great. It is close to ecp. The rooms are clean. However there's some inconsideration shown in the approach to calculation of no of nights. I'm sure Fortville will state their policy which they have a full right to but it's my responsibility to let future customers know some pitfalls which can be surprising and come as a shock. On the day of my arrival for second stay, I had come with my wife and my infant son. I had let them know 5 days earlier I'll be arriving at 8am on the day of checkin on a VTL. Fortville failed to firstly acknowledge the email of early arrival and on the day of arrival, when the office opened at 9am, we finally checked in at 9.15am and had to pay full night's charge for an additional 4 hrs 45 minutes before checkin (this is despite the apartment beging ready). I did not argue or said anything at that time due to self isolation requirement until negative Self ART result was uploaded. But I was surprised at their inconsideration. I'm due to checkout on 14th and I had asked for extension till 23rd and requested for 3pm checkout as our flight is at 8pm. When they sent the extension invoice, I was said to pay a full night charge for 3 additional hours of stay. While they are right on paper and going by rulebook, the customers and those choosing Fortville based on Google reviews should know this fact and accept it before choosing this service apartment. I'd have been happy to pay if I was informed about the same when an email was sent with details much in advance of early arrival. Secondly during booking, extension request needed to be done only 2 weeks in advance on booking a month long stay. When I went for extension, i was told extension can't be accepted as another reservation was taken but when I insisted what I was informed over email, the extension form promptly provided. As such during the stay, there are no issues but needed to flag these two points to netizens. Get all the edge case clarifications which you'd otherwise expect at most hotels nowadays but is kind of absent here.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Mark who went over above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I will highly recommend this serviced apartment to anyone visiting Singapore ??

Great service. Fortville is definitely my 1st choice whenever I come back to Singapore. Rooms are clean and pricing is reason. Getting transportation to downtown is easy too. Lots of great local food close by!

We stayed for 2 months from 21/02/22. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and the personnel were friendly and helpful. Fortville is located on a very busy road and our 1BR unit faced the road. To minimize noise from the heavy truck traffic it was necessary to keep the windows closed at all times. We requested another unit but none was available. Good bus services are available at the doorstep. Mark the manager was always available n helpful.

Amazing service apt. for short and long duration at decent prices. Ideally located near East Coast Park and at a great number of bus lines to reach the center town in no time. The entire crew and management are lovely, super helpful and very accommodating. The premises are kept really clean and the facilities include a nice pool, a gym as well as barbecue pit. Ideal for families too.
