Long overdue review but also a testament of the quality of workmanship by 9creation. Over a year ago, we engaged Nich from 9creation to help us design our first home. Nich was able to help translate our ideas into reality. We envisioned the house to be in black and white but we didn’t want it to be too cold. Nich managed to find the perfect balance by recommending a black laminate with grains that added texture. Black laminates are also prone to making dust more visible, the grains really helped to camouflage it. He also helped us stick to our budget by sourcing for cheaper alternatives to create the look that we wanted, point in case, our walk in wardrobe. We really wanted a matte black laminate that was out of my budget and he went the extra mile to source for a great alternative for us without compromising on, again, the look that we wanted. He was also on the ball whenever a problem arises so we knew we were in good hands. All in all we had a really good experience with 9creation and even after a year, we’re still in love with our home. Highly recommend Nicholas from 9creation!

We decided to engage Yan Ling as ours ID after meeting a few others mainly because of her great design concept for our living room ceiling at the very first discussion. She fully understands our needs and requests and responds promptly. She is patient and flexible in coping with challenges we faced. Yan Ling is a very responsible ID. The whole process of renovation was hassle-free for us because any issues that were brought up were promptly addressed and we got prompt updates through WhatsApp. Much appreciated and Highly recommended!

Working with Kent of 9 Creation was a very good and pleasant experience. He was able to capture and propose the basic design ideas of each renovation part. The renovation was major including 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 balcony and other minor efforts. The quote was reasonable and that too after the variations. The project management was good. The quality and value in the workmanship etc was pretty good. The follow up efforts were also good. It is important to work with the ID for an overall successful project and in this aspect, Kent is a very pleasant and reasonable person to work with.

Overall, very satisfied experience with Nicholas from 9 Creation. He was able to help us save cost and work towards our budget. I heard most of the IDs can be quite unresponsive sometimes, Nicholas was able to get back to us almost immediately for all problems we had. Whether or not Nicholas have the answers to our questions, responding back to us quick was what he did best! If you are looking to design a nice home that doesn’t burn your pocket a hole, Nicholas is your guy!

We first chose Kent because he is very sincere, hardworking, and is prompt in replies. We were comfortable with him and could share our thoughts candidly. Through the process, Kent remained patient with us, despite us being quite particular about certain details sometimes. There were occasions when he gave us a call to resolve our queries. We are happy to have Kent as our ID; the carpentry and the colours turned out nicer than we thought. Kent also responded quickly to us when we raised an issue with our house drainage after shifting in. All in all, it was a relatively smooth experience. If you have a clear idea of what you want your house to look like, we feel that Kent can make your ideas come true. :)

It was very enjoyable to work with Kent from 9 Creation. He patiently listens to our ideas and concerns and addresses them very well. He also guided us through each step of the renovation process to create our dream home. Kent has a wide range of knowledge and contacts that we appreciate as well. We would recommend working with Kent and 9 Creation for home renovation projects! Glad to have settled for 9 Creation and Kent after exploring many different interior design firms.

We recently completed our renovation and handover of our home and we’d engaged Vincent from 9 Creation. He is very transparent, methodical and well prepared - works were completed well within expected timeline even though we were restricted by Covid-19 regulations. He is patient in guiding us to decide on what we want but is also objective to whether it can fit within our budget and provides useful and practical advice based on his experiences. Vincent is always present in overseeing works at the site - he is attention to detail and prompt in resolving issues. As first time home owners we were sometimes unsure of certain things, Vincent will go the extra mile to help us resolve them. Overall it had been a pleasant and enjoyable process. We’re glad to have entrusted our home with 9 Creation and Vincent - highly recommend them.

Throughout the renovation journey, we were very impressed with Kent’s project management skills and expertise. Despite various restrictions due to COVID-19, he has managed to complete our renovation within 2 months without any compromise on quality and workmanship. He made the effort to handle various issues on-site and constantly keep up updated so that we do not have to go down to inspect the renovation progress very often. He was also very patient in answering all our questions as first-time homeowners. One thing that stood out is that he remembered every detail and requirement we mentioned to him without much reminders. We are very pleased with the results and have no regrets in putting our trust in Kent for our renovation. Highly recommended! Thanks Kent!
