Super responsive & great after sales service which I am impressed & nothing to complain about. Thumbs up! The company gave me practical suggestions & shared with me pros & cons for me to make a sound decision. Totally no hard selling tactics to push me to do more (in fact, they tell me to do less unless I want it for aesthetic) which I am surprised & like about the company. Honest & upfront! A company that I can trust! They follow up promptly & will check-in on the work in progress.

The special combination of Wayne and Mr Ang (his dad) provided an unusual yet effective approach to renovation. Wayne provided consultancy on modern design elements while keeping the owner's idea in mind. Mr Ang on the other hand could advise on the practical aspects of home living. What impressed me the most was during 1 of the discussions, Mr Ang sketched the wardrobe design on our wall as we discussed, showcasing his many years of experience in the industry. The whole project was completed within 2 months and Wayne had been very responsive throughout. Even after handing over, he was providing advice on our furniture. Wayne takes pride in his deliverables, and that is evident in the high quality workmanship. I would recommend ALT Renovation for your renovation needs.

Came recommended by word of mouth. Local father/son set up. Very good work ethic, honest and competent. Very happy with the renovation they did for my bachelor pad. Very innovative design solutions to the small space problems I faced. Very good aesthetic sense. Very reasonable fees with very good value in return. Overall the renovation process was a very pleasant experience.

Wayne & dad assisted with my parents house renovation years ago and this time they renovated my new house. As I did not have a concept in mind and did not want to commit to one, I was afraid that my house will not be renovated as what I desired, but Wayne took extra time to provide us with plenty of options. When I had my own ideas, Wayne and his dad could tell me what could be done and what could not. Most of my ideas were executed. Wayne also took time to help us source for the kitchen cabinet handles that I requested. With my busy schedule, many times when Wayne reach out, I was not able to answer in time but Wayne followed up patiently and was more keen to complete our home renovation than us. The house was handed back to us in perfect condition and was what I visualised my new home to be. The after-sale service provided was excellent. When we had minor issues after we moved in, Wayne was easy to reach and will schedule a time for his man to check the said issues. Will definitely recommend if you are looking for a responsible and responsive company to renovate your house.

This review is long overdue but it adds a 6 months post completion review. A lot of positive engaging them, particularly Wayne who is very responsive and responsible. He listens well and provide the necessary advice while always ensuring it is cost efficient for me. He is willing to try new ideas and make changes to suit the needs (and fancy too) of my lifestyle. He even took time to shop for furnitures together. Even after I have moved in, he maintains contact with me. He would earnestly provide after sales support months after completion. I would describe them humble, time conscious and super helpful.

We engaged ALT through recommendation by the carpenter whom did our previous HDB. It was a pleasant and smooth experience working with Wayne and his team. For those searching for reasonable pricing with no short cuts, you may wish to consider ALT, reasons being: 1. Given the current manpower shortage in Singapore, he delivered my place within timeframe (Works involved demolition, reconstruction of toilets, partitioning of study room, painting, polishing, varnishing of floors and re-wiring); 2. Good workmanship by his team of tilers, painter and other workers; and 3. Flooring was lined with protection over 2 separate occasions as we are retaining the existing floor finished. 4. Wayne puts in effort to tiles for the skirting to match very closely with existing floor finishes. 5. I had appointed a few works directly and Wayne coordinated well with me to ensure that there was sufficient space for each trade of workers and to be able to meet my move-in date. Overall, I had a good experience working with Wayne and his team. The challenges for renovating a resale flat are high with making good and touching up which in my honest opinion, the team did great. Of coz, Wayne's personality and response makes the whole project a very pleasant one.

We have just recently completed renovation and moved in to our resale 5 room HDB at Jurong West. We got Wayne's contact by word of mouth and really glad we went with ALT. They have direct partners/suppliers that are reliable, and their tilers and carpentry workmanship is excellent. 6 out of 5 stars. Overall our reno was completed in 2.5 months and just in time for our move in date despite some major changes to the scope (from just carpentry and touch up to redoing the entire kitchen) and despite all the covid restrictions. Really highly recommend them. Sharing more about the renovation process, it was very enjoyable to work with Wayne and Mr Ang as they are very open to discussion and had alot of ideas for problem solving with all their experience in the industry. They always come up with practical solutions and advise on cost effective options (example where need to hack the old tiles because of cracks/popping and where don't need; dry bartop area that can use lower price laminates versus kitchen area that need higher resistance laminates). The suppliers they recommended are also of high quality and reasonable pricing. Along the way when there were changes they are also very adaptable like dealing with materials shortage or late delivery, and coordinating with us for installation that we contracted separately such as aircon and ceiling fans. Wayne even re-rendered the 3D drawings for us when there was a change in the tiles and cabinet colors. Wayne really made it very easy for us to navigate the whole reno process as first time home owners. I felt very comfortable and thoroughly satisfied (tiring as it is) with the whole process and outcome.
