★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at 9Battery really exceeded my expectations! Okay, in truth I had called another mechanic X who failed before 9Battery RESCUED ME! Mr KOON is an absolute marvel. He got my car up and going in 15 minutes (the previous mechanic X took >30min, got nowhere, and didn't have the battery on hand; I had called X because a friend knew X.) FIVE STARS TO 9BATTERY - they charged a fair price and came even though it was late. I guess I could have called AA but they were expensive+membership and I wasn't an AA member. Anyway, the team was very responsive and responsible! They even took care to remove their shoes before stepping all over my car interior (unlike X). GOOD JOB, I'd definitely recommend them to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was out of town for two weeks and came back to a dead car, which I only realised when I was about to head to work. Service was prompt. Car battery got replaced in no time and there's also a 1-year warranty. Whole experience was pleasant. Reliable service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service with strong attention to details. Despite it being a Sunday, the mechanic came at the appointed time and completed the job within 20 minutes flat. Would definitely call them up again in future when the need arises (hopefully not within the next 2 years ?). Thank you once again for the prompt service.

Mechanic came by and realized that it has been less than a year since I changed the battery - actually 3 weeks to a year and they honored their 1 year warranty even though it’s almost a year. Swapped my battery for a brand new one without any questions and $0 charge. Bravo. This type of honesty is almost unheard of. Highly recommended. And thanks for turning around what was to be a frustrating weekend to a really relieved one! 1 million thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are my car battery saviour when Out of the blue my car battery just died I can’t even unlock my doors. It’s a major relief for me as I am new to driving and owning a second hand car who has no idea when the batteries were changed. Their services are prompt and honest and they charge reasonably. In just 20mins they came, diagnosed , jumpstart and resolved my problem and I was able to drive again in 40mins. Also comes with replacement of battery for $160 only with fixing onsite. No hassle and professional.
