I was introduced by a company to try this workshop back in 2018 to get my car done. They were highly recommended. I wonder what the fuss was about. So in 2019, I went in with my VW golf for a regular servicing. There are 2 Mech and I approached one of them, he took in my car and asked me to proceed to level 2 as there is a waiting area. Level 2 has a cozy waiting corner, a little driving machine and their little office. There was a lady in there and she was very friendly, she asked if I would like anything to drink and to help, myself if I needed coffee or tea. For a small workshop, they have a very good service i thought to myself. When the car is ready, the lady called me to head down as the mech had things to advise me on. Mech say that & this and ask if i wanna get it fix or not, he even explain that I can dont change it now but if it get worse I can come back. And believe me, they are not pushy at all. They let you decide what you wanna do, they are there to just advise. Went back up to settle the bills. They do have various modes of payment. Made my payment and left. For some reason, I kept coming back. And I am a guy who loves his car more than anything, they have done wonders for me. Now I know why the company recommended me this small little car business. Until today, they are honest and they earn my respect and my review.

Over more than 5 yrs of me engaging Carfeels for all my car inside needs haha. I cant compare price so much because Ive only been to them but I continued to still go to them because they give excellent service and did all car repair services needed for the car. They gave options to you to see which best suit your needs. They have become like family.

I have used their services for quite a few years now. Since their previous workshop at the older Sin Ming building which have already been demolished. Whether you’re doing normal servicing or having them do custom work for your car they always pull through for you. Their Boss Mr Kelvin knowledge and experience can be seen in the way he gets his team or even himself to do the works for the car when there are certain issues that appear which are quite hard to solve. Their work area are always clean and spacious. Even the waiting area is comfortable and has wifi. Greatly recommend.
