ACM came to help and their technical support staff attitude 'Your problem is mine problem' was quickly decided by us to switch to this professional team. Our IT and management are very happy with the outcome and have continue to use them since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to compliment Weng Wah and Wen Jun from ACM for the brilliant service they have provided us. Weng Wah and Wen Jun understood the extreme urgency in which I needed a replacement laptop charger and the actual lead time from my request to the delivery of the replacement was less than 24hours. My laptop was totally out of power and I needed to retrieve some crucial documents from our shared folder. ACM Helpdesk also assisted with iPhone Mail setting even though it was after work hours. The request was resolved within 5mins. We have always been pleased with the assistance provided by ACM. However, their level of professionalism and speed of recovery exceed out expectations. Such commitment to exceptional client service is to be commended. You can be assured that I would certainly recommend ACM to anyone who requires IT support and sales for their company.
