Salesman named liauw told me to check water level frequently after I paid deposit. Found it strange why he told me that after I mentioned to him that I needed to ferry children so safety is very important. New made Key spoilt 3 days after collecting vehicle. Had to go down 2 times to key dealer for repair. After driving for a month plus, check engine light, water light, esp light all started to appear. I had to top up water every 2 days too. Contacted him but either no reply or reply after several days. Went to my mechanic and found out that a badly damaged water pump was the cause of the frequent engine overheating. Drove for another week or so before the alternator went dead too and I was stranded by the road. He only replied when I mentioned the lemon law. Weak responses to justify inaction and responsibilities. I didn't want to waste more time dealing with this organization and covered all repair costs myself. Appaling service and questionable business ethics.
