★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security at Cradels was so rude and even followed me to the lift lobby to verbally abuse me and my toddler. His name is Roger Lim. Duty on 17/07/2022, 2.15pm.
This company never train their security guards in common courtesy. Close down please.
By the way, I have lodged a police report on how threatening and all the verbal abuse from this Roger Lim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security guard deployed at Simsville is rude and arrogant. When I was entering the premises he was sitting inside the gurad house sleeping. Then when the barrier open I preceed to enter but he suddenly shouted at me from inside and then walk out and asked me where I am going. I replied nicely “blk 6” and then I drove in. I heard him mumbled “no brain this fellow”. I was triggered at this point. I have never encountered such a rude security guard before. Then I confronted him to repeat what he said in front of my camera. He further shouted at me. It is until someone came and talk to him then he stop his abusive words.
