★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working here left a bitter taste in my mouth. Did a short term freelance assignment here (maybe 4 months or more). They have this thing called Contract FOR Service, instead of Contract OF Service. With this, you are classified as an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR & not an employee, thereby waiving the payment of CPF, MC, WICA liability. & etc. YET as an independent contractor, you are required to work at the time THEY stipulate AND wear the company's uniform. Have the contractual terms still in my safekeeping cos wondering if MOM or TAFEP was worth my time. In the end, decided just to leave. Simpler, faster, less hassles.
