★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a pleasant first visit. I walked in confirming there was only one customer ahead. Waited for approx 10min for my turn. Upon trimming my back length, the hairdresser asked the assistant to blow my hair while she went to attend to a customer (probably a regular) who came after me. So I had wait for her to finish cutting that customer before coming back to trim my fringe! And the cut was nothing fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Had my hair cut by Roger and was also offered a drink and magazines by another hairdresser. Haircut was quick and precise, and the hairwash was super comfortable. He washed my hair thrice! Pleasant environment and reasonable pricing as well. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only have one hairdresser and you have to wait until you're served. She got a helper to do the washing and blow drying but the cutting is only done by one person. Youre attended in a swift manner and the result of my haircut was not even at all. I was laugh at when I went back to work for not having a good haircut despite paying costly service. I did a soft rebond but after one wash, it was still frizzy and looks like it wasn't rebonded at all. I should have checked reviews before going in their premises, it would have saved my wallet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not perfect but for the price in the neighbourhood, i find it very worth. I did dye and the hair treatment aft dye was good..... make my hair very smooth.... pricing for both are reasonable n they tried their best to give services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hair color came off after 2 days, likely the quality of products used. The male boss was rude and dishonest insisted that it’s nothing to do with them. Not a reasonable place so I won’t recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find it overrated in neighbourhood area. Service is good but washing/blow hair is too expensive. I will not recommend unless they adjust the price. Can be improve if not there wont have any returning customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jenny was friendly but i think she assumed that i was rushing for time, asked her about the price, told her i dont want treatment, asking her if the treatment was included in the overall price, she kept avoiding my question. Very pricy. Service was not good, shampoo hair half way went out to attend to some customer at the door. Rough when washing hair, didn't do a basic scalp protection, went straight to dye. Scalp had 'sting' feeling throughout. The good thing is, one of their staff there, young and tall, the one with a small ponytail, that employee was gentle and took good care when handling my hair, also answered my questions directly. That staff had good skills also, felt better when handled by that staff. Colour turned out ok. Just don't come here, not worth the price you're paying for.
