Made us wait long, and finally told us to check other shops! ? good luck going to this salon.

Their salon’s name changed to SALON ONE. No skill, No professional, Hard Sell ,Rude and worst attitude! Especially the young guy. Please don’t visit this WORST salon. Don’t believe you may try. Recently saw this guy at Boon Keng MRT ‘s outlet.

Holding a membership card but when I went there for a hair trim during the phase 2 of the coved and after the trim I was charged $8 instead of $3. Reasons given that membership price is not valid during this time. Service was bad and no advance notice given to members. Will not patronise them anymore. It’s a cheat!

They have this special offer $5 hair cut, i went for it and regretted it. The cut lasted only 8 mins, i wanted my hair cut short by roughly an inch, the hairdresser just cut the length of my hair by an inch and said it is done. No trimming or anything else, i asked him why no trimming, he said because you dont want to wash your hair, it is dry cant trim. Well i said you can spray water right???? He replied no. This is what you get for a $5 haircut, a HALF DONE hair cut, dont be taken in by them.

I went to Show Salon hoping to get dye my hair. I told the staff there that I would like to colour the roots of my hair to cover up the white hair. I mentioned that I would like the colour to be of a shade as close as possible to my existing hair colour (dark brown). The staff first said that they needed to check the condition of my scalp and used a hair scalp analyser. After which, they said that my scalp was not ideal and recommended the organic hair colour treatment. I refused and they then recommended another semi-organic hair colour treatment that was less expensive. However, after the colour treatment and washing and drying my hair, I checked my hair roots and none of the white hair were coloured. I asked the staff and he mentioned that it was because he chose light brown. After replying him that the main issue was to ensure white hair coverage, he proceeded to dye my roots again with another colour. This time, he was less meticulous in the whole process and the back of my shirt was wet after washing the colour away. The first time I patronised this salon outlet was during their opening week and the service was professional. However, after this incident, I would not go back to this salon again.

It’s my first time had such bad service at hair salon. There are 2 Chinese hair dresser, one is polite, another one is rude and no skill. The rude hair dresser cut my hair like this. I told him this is unacceptable and honestly it looks worse than I cut the hair my own. The hair dresser replied: find another hair dresser next time. What?!

Do not come here!!!! Extremely rude Chinese guy with attitude issues. While scanning the safe entry to enter the salon, the Chinese guy commented on my current hairstyle, "wa, did you cut your own hair? How is it so ugly?" I brushed it off and went inside to take a seat. He continued "Your hair is like a hat, you think it's nice like that?" The rest of the experience was so terrible that you can't imagine how they are still open for business. Terrible and unpleasant experience. Would leave a negative star review if possible instead of 1 star.

This salon has changed the name to HAIR FUN. My balance member card cannot be used. Feel like this shop is cheating. Please think twice if they ask to joint their membership. Very bad experience. During Circuit Breaker period the member card was not allowed to use. No privilege for membership during CB. Very poor service.
